Faithfulness in a Troubled World: The Book of Ruth
Online Lenten Bible Study – Wednesday Evenings
8:00 pm to 9:00 pm

This Lent, join us online for a thoughtful and encouraging Bible study led by the Rev’d Sarah Armstrong. Titled Faithfulness in a Troubled World: The Book of Ruth, this study explores a short and powerful story from the Bible about loyalty, courage, and trusting God in uncertain times.

Many people today feel that the world is chaotic or unsettled. The Book of Ruth speaks into those very feelings, offering hope and a vision of steady faithfulness in the midst of difficulty. Together, we’ll read the text, learn about its background, and discuss what it means to be faithful and offer hope in a world of violence and instability.

No prior knowledge of the Bible is needed. This is a welcoming space for questions, reflection, and conversation.

The study will take place on Wednesday evenings via Google Meet. To receive the link and join us, please email the church office. We’d love to have you be part of the conversation this Lenten season.

*Online and Midweek Services and Bible Studies run from Ash Wednesday (Feb 18) to Palm Sunday (Mar 29),  excluding the week of March 16-20 during the TVDSB March Break.
