Join us for a reverent and meaningful Maundy Thursday service on Thursday, April 2 at 7:00 pm.

Maundy Thursday marks the beginning of the final days of Jesus’ life before Easter. In this service, we remember the Last Supper, where Jesus shared a final meal with his disciples and gave the commandment to love one another. The word “Maundy” comes from this commandment (“mandatum” in Latin), inviting us into a deeper reflection on humility, service, and love.

This service follows the Anglican tradition of Holy Eucharist (Holy Communion), where we share bread and wine as a sign of Christ’s presence with us. All who seek to encounter God in this sacrament are welcome to participate.

As part of the service, there will also be an opportunity for foot washing, recalling Jesus washing his disciples’ feet as an act of humble service. Participation in foot washing is entirely optional, and you are welcome to simply observe if you prefer.

Whether you are familiar with Anglican worship or attending for the first time, you are warmly invited to come as you are. This service is a quiet, reflective space to pause, remember, and prepare for the hope of Easter.
